2. Local Provider

Rather than try and be a 'national' provider using a number of third party providers of service, we choose to offer a regional service only.

This allows us to control the quality of the service offered, the resources required and the individual assessors used. 

3. Government Accredited Assessors

Our Domestic Energy Assesors (DEA's) are accredited through a government approved scheme that ensures that they are Criminal Record Bureau Checked, fully qualified, and carry a minimum of £1,000,000 of professional indemnity insurance cover for the Energy Performance Certifcates they provide.

4. Professional Indemnity Insurance

Home Information Pack (North West) Limited also provides £250,000 of professional indemnity insurance cover for the contents of each Home Information Packs that we provide.

5. Public Liability Insurance

Home Information Pack (North West) Limited carries £10,000,000 of Public Liability Insurance to protect our clients and their customers.

6. Hip Code

The compilation of our Home Information Packs are in accordance with the HIP Code.

7. Hip Packs Downloadable

Our partial Home Information Packs take 2 working days to compile and are available to access from our website using a secure password to your own dedicated area.

EPC's can also be downloaded as soon as available if required in advance of the completed pack.

8. Data Protection Compliant

Home Information Pack (North West) Limited adheres to Data Protection guidelines and are duty registered and ahere to all requirements on the security of client's personal information.

9. Established since 2007

We have been providing Home Information Packs since August 2007 and are proud to have Liverpool City Council, Riverside Housing, and Liverpool Housing Trust amongst our clients.
